A guest arrives from an ad, clicks "Book now" and jumps to a domain your tags do not control. Unless the linker, the click IDs and the tag container survive that hop, the booking is recorded as direct traffic or as a referral from your own site. Then Safari shortens the cookie to a day against a research cycle that commonly runs to two or three months. Every media recommendation depends on fixing this first.

The same GA4 property configured on the website and the engine, with cross-domain linking so a session survives the jump.
Campaign parameters and click IDs carried into the engine URL and, where the vendor allows it, into the reservation record itself.
The engine on a subdomain of your own site, or at minimum the tag server, which restores a usable cookie lifetime instead of twenty-four hours.
Bookings sent from the reservation itself to GA4, Google Ads and Meta, with hashed guest details, so revenue is reported even when the browser loses the trail.
Consent state passed with the guest to the engine, so measurement and law agree with each other.
Monthly comparison of what the ad platforms claim against what the PMS recorded, with the gap explained rather than averaged away.
A booking engine served in an un-bridged third-party iframe cannot be measured properly. Four setups in five can be fixed without changing vendor; the fifth is a decision for the owner, and we show the evidence rather than push it.
GA4, the booking engine's own reporting, the PMS export, call tracking where the phone still matters, and one dashboard the owner can open on a phone. We do not add tools for their own sake.
Attribution works on counts, timings, sources and hashed identifiers. Guest names, card details and stay records stay in the PMS and the engine, where they belong.
Google Hotel Ads, metasearch and paid social, structured by market and season, bid to a target return the booking engine can actually report, with creative that shows the property rather than a stock sunset.
ConversionRoom and offer pages that state what the room is, what is included and what it costs all in; a booking path that survives a phone; rate presentation that gives a guest a reason to book direct; and reservations coaching so the phone converts as well as the site.
